How To Update Email Address In Resource Directory? (Doc ID 2090855.1)

Customer is trying to update the email address for one user in resource directory but they get a message that they don't have permission to do that.
1. The email address is correct in Manage Users for the user.
2. The email address is not correct in Resource Directory.
