BICS Error: " An error occurred while publishing SampeApp.Error translating the model.Contact your administrator." When Publish Model (Doc ID 2090982.1)

Symptoms

 Execute the following steps to delete the specific fact table and dimension tables during Data Modeling.

1.Lock to Edit the Data Model(SampleApp).
2.Delete the join, with the fact table(f_t) joined with the dimension table(d_t).
3.Delete the join, which the dimension table(d_t) joined with other fact table.
4.Delete the dimension tables(d_t).
5.Delete the fact table(f_t).
6.Execute "Validate Model", confirmed the message as "The model is valid" is shown.
7.Execute "Publish and Unlock".

But while Publishing Model, the following error is happening and can't publish the data model.

Error Message:
"An error occurred while publishing SampeApp.Error translating the model.Contact your administrator."
