Information in this document applies to any platform.
Currently approval for contact is available only when the added contact is an existing person in the system.
Have a requirement that any Spouse or Child added into the system needs to go through an approval process prior to the data being updated in the instance.
In addition to this, have a requirement for employee to add additional details for contacts, which is planned to be created using DFFs in contact page.
The following are the options that we have evaluated:
1. FUSE UI -> Personal Information -> Contacts (This does not have contact DFF and does not have approval)
2. My Portrait -> Personal Information -> Personal Relationships (This page has contact DFF but does not have approval)
3. My Portrait -> Actions -> Change Marital Status -> Contacts (This page does not have contact DFF but has approval)
While the third option listed above is the only one with Approval in place, we cannot use it do to unavailability of contact DFFs in this page.
