Fusion Global HR: How to View the Attachment in Edit Transaction of Document of Record Approval

How to edit approval transaction and view the attachment?
> Documents of Record -> Approval Notification -> Edit the Transaction -> Attachment not visible
While approver tries to see the DOR information by navigating Approval Notification -> Edit the Transaction, the information filled in by the employee is visible but not the attachment. The attachment area however allows to attach a new attachment to the approver.
Expectation is by clicking on Edit the Transaction button, approver should be able to see the attachment and the information both in order to approve the request.
