Error while adding parent account

There is a code in Before update in DB trigger, which checks for parent account mandatory:


A child cannot be assigned in the same branch hierarchy as the parent
Too many objects match the primary key oracle.jbo.Key[HZ_CUSTOMER_HIERARCHY LE100000000258861]

Create and account, add parent account on the details page.
