Not Able to Create Template In Document Designer After Upgrade (Doc ID 2091630.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.


The user cannot create template in Doc Designer or Email Template after the site upgraded to 2015 R1. The error message that is shown when creating template is "Could not create the template".


 The sites have been upgraded to 2015 R1
