Symptoms

When user is Sharing an email with Oracle Sales Cloud  multiple contacts are shown in the Contact field and the expected behavior is to  have only one .

STEP
1. Open an Email in Outlook
2. Share it with Sales Cloud
3. Review the message and see that there are multiple contacts in the Contact field.
