Symptoms

Problem Description:

User created a report to display user information using the System User columns in the Administration Subject Area.

The User Type and User Type Codes are all showing as null even though the users do have user types assigned to their accounts in SmartOrg Administration.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Select to create a new analysis using the Administration Subject Area
  2. Add the following columns from the System Users folder to the Selected Columns section of the Criteria tab:
    • "System User - Personal Information"."User Full Name"
    • "System User - Permissions"."User - User Type"
    • "System User - Permissions"."User - User Type Code"
  3. Select the Results tab to run the report

The results will show a value for the User Full Name column, but no values for any user in the User Type columns.
