Unable to Access Talent Review Dashboard Options

User receiving an error when we try to access “Configure Talent Review Dashboard Options” in the test environment.

They are trying to access the task through a Sys Admin account which has all the authorized roles needed for configuration.
Another user with the same security settings/roles was also received an error message when trying to access the account.
