Symptoms
Problem Description:
When accessing Folder Security in Oracle BI Administration, after selecting a folder to secure, the following message displays above the folder tree:
The action cannot be completed.
Failed to load Groups. Please contact your system administrator.
Failed to load Groups. Please contact your system administrator.
Or, when accessing Folder Security, no folders display in either box:
