On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When logging in to BIACM (https://<host>/biacm/) the UI is rendered but shows no content in the Tasks pane or in the main pane

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The UI should show the various configuration tasks available for the extract

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. login to https://<hostname>.oraclecloud.com/biacm/
2. the UI will render without content

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot configure the Cloud Extract
