After batch loading several employee records in Fusion HCM and executing the scheduled process named Send Pending LDAP Requests to provision user accounts in OIM, it was found that none of the user accounts got created.
The following error was reported in the LDAP Requests Table:
Steps To Reproduce the Issue
1. Load employee data using HCM File Based Loader program
2. Execute the Send Pending LDAP Requests scheduled process
3. Log into OIM, no user accounts get created
