Goal

Creating standard Pre-Tax and Voluntary deductions and then modifying the formulas of these elements to try and look to a period, 2 months back, of hours to determine whether employees qualify for the current assigned plan or not. This month period is not a standard calendar month (10/1-10/31 for example). It could span months (9/27-10/31 for example). Need to use the Date Earned date on the hours based earnings and identify any hours from the defined month range to determine which hours to sum up.

For example:
Month Range – 9/27 thru 10/31
Date Earned Hours – all hours summed up for that time period are 78
Employee default plan - family
Client Requirement – the employee qualifies for the employee plan

For example:
Month Range – 9/27 thru 10/31
Date Earned Hours – all hours summed up for that time period are 120
Employee default plan - family
Client Requirement – the employee keeps the family plan
