Symptoms

On : v8.1.3 FP10 version, Contact Center Anywhere

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Users are not able to log on in CCA Application

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

be able to log in

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open the CCA URL App
2. Enter your username and password
3. CCA application fails to load
