Cannot Create Opportunity

Can happen after upgrade to 188.8.131.52.0
1. Select "create opportunity" in either classic or Simple UI
2. Fill out all the required fields
3. Select either "Save and continue" or "Save and Exit".
4. Nothing happens. The create page remains open. The opportunity Details page or the opportunity list is not seen. No errors when selecting the save buttons. Closing out of the page and conducting a search in opportunities does not list the new opportunity
