Oracle Fusion OTBI: The user is unable to Delete any object (like a Report, An Analysis, or a dashboard) from the BI Catalog (Doc ID 2092405.1)

On : version, Technology Management - Reports/Analytics

Log into BI Analytics with a user that has the BI Administrator Role and then attempt to delete an existing report or dashboard. However, the objects don't get deleted even after refreshing the Catalog.

Steps to reproduce :
1) Navigate to Reports and Analytics => Catalog
2) click on a report and click on delete
3) Nothing is deleted
