Symptoms

1. When attempting to print an offer letter the user is presented with a system error: enterprise@zone.taleo.net (###############) rather than the Print Preview screen.

2. Offer PDFs in Onboarding Transitions which are made from the Send Offer Response step are not complete. (To test, follow step 1 above from the candidate's submission in recruiting to see if you get the error below.)
