We have recently discussed with our Account Director and agreed to a higher limit for the number of contacts we can have in our database. This change is not reflected on the Contact Status page (When logged into your Eloqua instance, click the ? icon at the top-right > Contact Status) of our instance and the information is still showing the old contact entitlement.
