Fusion Apps, FUSE, OTBI, Favorites Created In OTBI Aren't Visible In SimplifiedUI Unless Cache Is Flushed (Doc ID 2093024.1)

Goal

One of my users reported the following issue:
1) Login to OTBI
2) Mark a report as favorite
3) Login to OSC CRM (SimplifiedUI)
4) Go to Analytics
Notice that the bookmarked favorite in OTBI is not visible within OSC CRM

5) Flush the browsers cache
6) Login to OSC CRM (SimplifiedUI)
Notice that the favorites are now visible within OSC CRM.

Please find the attached screenshot with some more details.

The user was working on Firefox, I could reproduce the issue with Google Chrome.
