How to carry forward unused budget into next period in Fusion Projects Control?

For an example, we have one resource budgeted with Rs. 120,000 for 12 month time span. Selected spread Curve is even so for every month. We will get budget of Rs 10000 each.

At Top Resource level, we setup BC in advisory budgetary control. If we spend Budget of Rs 8000 in January, so for February, we required that the Advisory warning should be raised once amount exceeded to Rs 12000. (Rs 2000 from January & Rs 10000 of February), but system will give warning in Feb exceeding amount of Rs 10000.

In E-business R12, we can have concept of Amount Type & Boundary, so in Fusion,  what functionalities available for carry forward budget?
