Employees Forced To Include Atleast One Aged Corporate Card Transactions (Doc ID 2093270.1)

Goal

When employee submits an expense report who has aged credit card transactions, the system is forcing them to use at least one credit card transaction in the expense report.

We don't want Employees to be forced to pick aged credit card transactions during expense report submission.

Please advice how this feature can be turned off or advice a workaround.
