Symptoms

You've imported some FR reports via LCM into a PBCS environment.  You're able to view them in HTML Preview in Workspace but when you select "Export In Query-Ready Mode", Excel launches but then throws the error: "Argument URL in the request is an empty string or NULL".  When that error is cleared, another error appears: "Web launch operation has been cancelled".  A blank spreadsheet results.

Fully-formatted exports from Workspace complete successfully.  If they launch Excel first and import the report via the Smart View panel, the report imports correctly.

Changes

EPM content, exported from an on-premises environment, was recently imported into the PBCS environment.
