Action Item BP Failure For Some Users Could Not Verify Task Owner

The error occurs when user receives an Action Item accepts the task, provides a response, selects a workflow action, and attempts to send the record forward in the workflow. Unifier throws an error as soon as the “Send” button is clicked.

The system could not process your request…

The issue has the following business impact: Users sometimes not able to process action items.
Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with their tasks assignments.
