OIM 404 Error When Accessing Membership Rules, Data Object Permissions, Access Policies of a Role in Cloud Environment (Doc ID 2093900.1)

Symptoms

Starting from fusion release 9, when viewing the Membership Roles etc. in OIM, by clicking the Membership rules icon, or Data Object Permissions and Access Policies icon an 404 error page is displayed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new job role in OIM console
2. Search for the new role and open it
3. Click Membership Rules
