Customer has contacts populated from Eloqua campaign and CSV but custom audience status is not changing to "ready" in Oracle SRM. The status of audience is "waiting" only.
Customer reported to see the all success in history and log of custom audience. Also Facebook match count is showing high and it shows close to 20 match in Facebook.
