Contact Is Deleted In Lead But After Sync Is Still Appearing In SUI (Doc ID 2094177.1)

Symptoms

On Microsoft Outlook, When deleting a contact from a Lead, after the synchronization, contact still appears on the SUI Lead page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After the deleting of the contact from a Lead, synchronizing should reflect the same changes also on SUI pages and the Lead do not display the contact that was deleted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Outlook. Click over Lead folder and open an existing one. Expected result- Lead screen should be displayed
  
2) Edit the Lead: Add a new Contact. Go to the Contact area and click "Add Contact" button. Click on "Search in Sales Cloud" button to create a new contact for the customer. Fill In the searching info and click "Search...". Select the contact desired and click "Ok". Select the newly searched contact and click "Ok"
Expected result - Contact from Sales Cloud has been associated with the lead record in outlook.
3) Click "Save and Close" button in the top left of the screen The record is saved in outlook. Go to Sales cloud and check the changes in the same customer.
Expected results: The changes made in Outlook should be seen in Sales Cloud after launching a synchronization
4) Return to Outlook. Click over Lead folder and open an existing one . Expected result: Lead screen should be displayed.
  
5) Edit the Lead: Remove a Contact. Go to the Contact area, select the contact you wish to Remove and click "Remove Contact" button. Contact Removed from the lead record. Click "Save and Close" button in the top left of the screen The record is saved in outlook. Go to Sales cloud and check the changes in the same customer.
Expected result: The changes made in Outlook should be seen in Sales Cloud after launching a synchronization.

Defect is with step 5. the deleted contact from outlook keeps appearing in SUI after synchronization.
