When attempting to add a Position Hierarchy as a recipient in Hire Employee workflow, the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Setup and maintenance
2. Manage Approval Transactions for Human Capital Management
3. When attempting to add a Position Hierarchy as a recipient in Hire Employee workflow the above error occurs.
