Unable To Import Customer due to an error (BPEL fault)

When attempting to import customers using FBDI the following error occurs:

Follow the below steps to import the data correctly:
- Download latest template file from OER (applicable of specific version of application)
- Review Information section (first worksheet) and only populate data in respective worksheet that is applicable for you.
- Create a FRESH Batch using TCA Data Import UI (Navigator -> Customer Data Management -> Data Import)
- Obtain Batch Id from TCA Data Import UI
- Open Excel template downloaded from Fusion OER for Release 8
- Change Batch Id in every worksheet with new Batch Id created in the Data Import UI
- Maintain data integrity (link of Original system references between worksheets)
- Generate .zip file
- Upload the .zip file to UCM using 'File Import and Export' to 'fin/receivables/import' account
- Run Load Interface File for Import using the below parameters
Import Process: Import Trading Community Data in Bulk
Data File: <Select the .zip file uploaded>
- Review log files for Program "Load Interface File for Import" and make sure all rows are loaded correctly. If any has errors, review errors.
- Once data is loaded successfully, go to Data Import UI (Navigator -> Customer Data Management -> Data Import), select the batch and perform Action -> Import for the specific Batch.


 User name exceeds 32 characters.
