Lead Field Qualification Score Doesn't Trigger The Update to Rank the Lead (or to update Score field) (Doc ID 2094312.1)

When filling in a qualification assessment in a Lead, we should be able to set lead rank based on the calculated qualification score using a trigger. However, any trigger on the QualificationScore field will not work. How can we achieve this?
