Need a workaround for below known issue

In some situations Users  have found that Notes visibility for custom objects is not working as expected.

Users with no admin roles  (eg Sales Representative) , cannot see even their own notes. They can create them correctly, but then is not available to them.



Menu > Apps Composer > Common > custom object : OSCCommonObj2
security :
all action for CRM Sales administrator
Sales Lead Qualifier role

Log with sales rep BFASLESREP (with Sales Lead Qualifier role) > Nav > OSCCommonObj2 > Crate note (added ta formerly)
save > but cannot see note
