On : Fusion Global Human Resources Cloud Service, 11.1.10.0.0 version, Global Human Resources

Person Number started at 3XXXXXXXXXXXXXX2

Upon attempting to hire our first person in the temp-test environment, the first Person Number created was 3XXXXXXXXXXXXXX2. Our Enterprise set up does not indicate which number to start at, so it should start at 1.

Person Number start at 1

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign in Fusion Human Resources
2. Try to hire an Employee
3. Notice Person Number started at 3XXXXXXXXXXXXXX2
