Adf_Faces Error When Creating Pending Worker

ADF_Faces error below was received when creating a pending worker.
ADF_FACES-60097: for more information, please see servers error log for an entry beginning with ADF_FACES-60096: Server exception during PPR, #8
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Imported candidates from Taleo Stage
2. From HCM Worklist – convert Pending Worker task, received this error msg (screenshot attached) right after Emp. Information train stop, before Person Profile and would not allow me to move forward. Tried different candidates and the same thing happens.
