Symptoms

When checking inventory on-hand availability or performing scheduling through an Order Orchestration process the following error is raised.

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.lang.RuntimeException, msg=javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: The global order promising web service cannot connect. Verify that the global order promising engine is running.: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: The global order promising web service cannot connect. Verify that the global order promising engine is running

NOTE: This is an intermittent issue as lines are scheduled successfully for some orders. Support has verified that the Global Order Promising Engine (GOP) is running.
