Symptoms
HCM Extract displays the following error after Delivery Options are attached:
"Archive Payroll Information and Generate Report" followed by "Archive Integration with BI Publisher Error."
Customer created a custom changes only extract. The XML output is being retrieved correctly in BI Publisher after running the extract.
Later delivery options were added using the Report (with RTF template).
After adding delivery options and submitting the extract, the error is displayed.
Since an RTF template was used, the user then attempted to use the output type with both Excel and HTML, but the extract was still not working.
