Enhancement Request for SRM Engage to automatically send the Language of a post to Service Cloud when sending a message to Service Cloud
Service Cloud handles language very differently than SRM and as such, current functionality requires a workaround on the Service Cloud end to determine the language of the message to be routed to the appropriate Service Cloud site.

This enhancement request essentially wants to simplify and streamline the process in the best way possible, whatever that may be, for language to be easily recognized and shared from SRM to Service Cloud
