Import Status Is Getting Unsuccessful While Trying To Create Account Parent - Child Relationship (Doc ID 2094972.1)

On : version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

Import status is getting unsuccessful even when data is created successfully.

While trying to create Account parent - child relationship using import, the status is getting Unsuccessful and log file is not generated.
When user clicks on Generate Log link, import status will be changed to Completed but still the log file is not generated.
Again when user clicks on Generate Log link(before confirming it) the log file is generated.

Since the data is created correctly the import should pass immediately to Status Completed

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make an import of the object Customer hierarchy member
2. Verify it ends in status Unsuccessful but the data is created
3. Click the generate logs link and verify the Status passes to Completed but no logs are generated
4. Click the generate logs link and verify the logs are generated

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the users are misguided into thinking the import was unsuccessful .
