Line Manager Transaction Notifications Empty/no Details - missing complete information in the FYI notification after approval.

On : 22.214.171.124.0 version, Global Human Resources
When line manager changes working hours on a team member the second line manager gets approval notification (which has all the information about the change) and approves the change. After that FYI notifications are sent to users with HR specialist role and 2 other users, but the FYI notifications are empty. Only remark is shown "The transaction details are no longer available here because the approval process is complete.".
We want the FYI notification to show the same information as the approval notification. How this can be done
