Manage Receivables System Options Not Giving The Option To Add Or Update A Business Unit (Doc ID 2095564.1)

Symptoms

On Oracle Fusion, 11.1.10.0.0 version, System options does not able to query results for one business unit.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Able to set the receivables options for that business unit and the icon to create the options is not appearing

WHAT IS WORKING
-------------------
Other business units are able to be queried


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. On Navigator
2. Go to Setup and Maintenance
3. Query by Task: Mana%Rece%System%Options%
4. Select business unit with issues
5. Press query and observed nothing is returned and the icon to create the options is not appearing
