Symptoms

Users are not able to create Accounts under a Party.
Currently, the Party has 319 Accounts under it.

ERROR

1. Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records
2. Attribute PartyId in PartySiteEO is required

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation -> Billing -> Manage Customers -> Search for the Party -> Create Account
2. On clicking the Create Icon for Account, the error "Too many matching records found. Specify additional criteria to limit the number of records" is raised.
3. Clicked OK and fill in the customer account details and party sites.
4. click on save. The error "Attribute PartyId in PartySiteEO is required" is raised and the customer account cannot be raised

Due to this issue, users cannot create customer account for that party and this is impacting the August Period Close
