Unable to create bank account for customer (Doc ID 2095651.1)

Goal

When creating bank account for customer, following error message shows up when clicked on 'Save and Close'. The details are not saved.

Error message - An Application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

An application error occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain more detailed description of this incident: 261, Server Domain: FinancialDomain, Server Instance: ReceivableServer_1, Application Name: ReceivableApp.
