New Baseline Name Is Blank and Cannot Be Edited in P6 Professional Client (Doc ID 2095764.1)

Symptoms

In the P6 Professional Client for EPPM, when attempting to create a new baseline, it is created with a blank name and it cannot be edited or restored. When attempting to restore the baseline, the user receives 'Could not find Base Project XXXX.'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Add a Baseline from Project, Maintain Baseline.
  2. Baseline creation job runs and notification says Completed Successfully.
  3. Refresh Project list.
  4. A new blank line shows in Maintain Baselines.
  5. Try to modify name but name field blank.
  6. Restore baseline leads to error: 'Could not find Base Project XXXX.'
