Fusion Performance Management: Approvals Not Working From Performance Application (Doc ID 2095769.1)

Goal

When the approver tries to approve/reject a performance document by going through the application, it doesn't work.
Approvals are only working through the worklist. 

Once you click the reject button, all the associated rejection messages are displayed but the document doesn't actually get rejected. If you click the link again, the same approve and reject buttons will display.
