Activity Import Not Working

On : version, Activity Management, When attempting to import Activity the following error occurs.

Records read from file = 0

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. File of 2000 records
2. Trying to Import activity
3. It is going into status unsuccessful.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot import Activity.
