How to prevent the following error when attempting to claim an approval notification transaction which has already been claimed by someone else:
Invalid action on workflow task or user does not have privilege to perform this action. Action ACQUIRE on task. cannot be performed by username. Make sure that the task is valid with respect to the current state of the task or ensure that the user has the privilege to perform this action on the workflow task.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manager submits a transaction that goes to a specific role for approval.
2. Approver 1 opens their notification.
3. Approver 2 opens their notification and clicks the "Claim" button.
4. Approver 1 clicks the "Claim" button in their notification. They then receive the error.
