On : 188.8.131.52.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households
by default, date format seems to be MM/DD/YY (Exapmple: EffectiveDate on Opportunity)
Our customer needs:
1) format: DD/MM/YY
2) Date on 2 digits all the time
To sum up, instead of 1/7/16 we need 07/01/15
