Unable to select OSC Addins in outlook (Doc ID 2096630.1)

Problem : User was not able to select the OSC Addins when the option in managed addins dropdown is COM Addins.


On : version, Microsoft Outlook, Not able to select the oracle sales cloud outlook Addin

Able to select the outlook Addin and will be able to sync

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Options form file - outlook
2. Select Addins
3. From the Com-Adins box try to check the "oracle sales cloud outlook" addin and click ok
4. Not checked it still remains unchecked.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot run the addins services .
