Order Line Unit of Measure (UOM) is not Validated for the Inventory Item Prior to Order Creation (Doc ID 2096672.1)

Symptoms

Order Management does not validate that the Unit of Measure (UOM) presented in the Create Order payload is correct for the Inventory Item on the order line. This validation is not performed and the fulfillment lines are created and orchestrated. Validation in the Reservation Activity results in the following error:

The reserved UOM {RESERVED_UOM} must match the UOM defined in the item master {ITEM_MASTER_UOM}.

Order Management should validate prior to order creation and the order line should be rejected.
