Symptoms

On : 11.1.10.0.0 version, Technology Management - Fusion Security

When attempting to login to OSC the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error 500--Internal Server Error
From RFC 2068 Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1:
10.5.1 500 Internal Server Error

The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CRM SUI homepage https://ebiz-test.crm.us2.oraclecloud.com/customer/faces/CrmFusionHome

2. provide the user credentials

3. The error is raised
