Symptoms

Commission is not generated for sample transaction number 1234.

STEPS:
1. Create manual transaction number 1234
2. Submit Run All Transactions Processes jobset which submits the following jobs :
    a. Collect Transaction
    b. Crediting and Rollup
    c.  Classify Credits
    d. Calculation
3. Review Manage Earnings and can not find any earnings
