OBIEE TIMESTAMPDIFF gives wrong results

Hi, customer wants to calculate average ages of people in the company. To calculate the age of a person I have to compare two dates, sysdate and birth date and I'm doing it by using TIMESTAMPDIFF-function:

Unfortunately that rounds the result. For example we have now a person with birthday 17.12.1952 so he's still 62 but OBI calculation says that he's already 63. That's wrong and if I use that to calculate average age for the whole personnel, I'll get wrong results.
